VillaRosa residents are voting members of the VillaRosa Master Association Inc. Residents maintain the common property and the community management activities through payment of quarterly maintenance fees, which vary among enclaves.
The business of the Association is conducted by a resident-elected Board of Directors and a Board-appointed Architectural Control Committee, under the auspices of a set of governing documents, including by-laws, covenants, deed restrictions, and community standards.
VillaRosa employs Greenacre Properties, Inc. to provide a variety of association management and resident assistance services. To contact the Community Association Manager assigned to VillaRosa by Greenacre, or for further information, click here.
The maintenance-free Traditions enclave also operates under a supplemental association government with its own fee structure, Board of Directors, Architectural Control Committee, and deed restrictions that may vary or be more restrictive than the master association restrictions.
